With over 10 years of experience in sales, Ilisa co-founded Demian Media with Boaz. She leads the agency’s strategic vision and market expansion. A graduate from The New School and Parsons School of Design in New York, she has a creative background in art and fashion, and she also speaks 5 languages.
Boaz Vilallonga
co-founder & creative director
Boaz is our head of marketing and creative wordsmith. With a PhD from a French elite Grande École, he has been faculty at Columbia University and New York University. He transitioned to marketing, with more than 7 years of experience in the industry. A devoted linguist, he masters 10 languages.
Ramon Olivera

As a search specialist with more than 4 years of experience, Ramon helps clients meet their goals—from paid search to SEO. At Demian Media, Ramon oversees our paid media efforts and loves diving into search and keyword data to uncover new optimization ideas.
Víctor Moreno

With more than 20 years of experience in printing processes, Víctor leads all the art and design projects at Demian Media. He blends traditional methods with digital technologies, specializing in typographic design, brand identity creation, and marketing design.

An experienced financial analyst, Gabriel is in charge of our operations and finances. He has joined several successful tech and fintech startups as CFO at their early stage. At Demian Media Gabriel, he oversees our books, and coordinates our team.
